Popular Morphs
Recessive Morphs
Clown
The first example of this morph had a dark teardrop-shaped spot underneath its eye, like the makeup of a sad clown.
Clowns vary in appearance. Some appear similar to Normals, with slightly warmer coloration and subtle differences in markings. Others bear very bright, crisp, high-contrast coloration and an extremely reduced, atypical pattern, sometimes almost patternless.
Their coloring is typically very crisp tans and browns with copper undertones that fade towards their belly. They also have a blushing coloration on their dark, wide dorsal stripe. These colors tend to mellow out as they mature.
The unique head features a complex pattern of light and dark shades.
Genetic Stripe
Genetic Stripes, or G-Stripes, have a full dorsal stripe, patternless sides and clear belly. The stripe can be variable ranging from unbroken to multiple breaks.
Piebald
The Piebald, or Pied, has a white base with patches of color that are filled with erratic patterns. The ratio and placement of white and colored patches is random, though almost all Piebalds have a normal head.
